Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes! We currently offer international shipping to Canada. 

How long does shipping to Canada take? Orders to Canada typically take 1–4 weeks to arrive. Processing time is 1–3 business days, and delivery may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes? Possibly. Some customers may be charged customs duties or taxes upon delivery, depending on your province’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Will I be able to track my order? Absolutely! You’ll receive an international tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
